Summary
To work within the CHFT policies and procedures. Work with the NMC code. Assisting in the training of students and new staff. To provide compassionate care to patients and work within the trusts core values. Be the patients advocate and involve them and their relatives in any care provided. Be willing to take on any relevant training to required to do your job. Attend all mandatory training and ensure professional registration is maintained. Be flexible in working pattern in order to meet the needs of the service.
