Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable Neurodiversity Family Support Practitioner to join our caring and progressive team in Maidstone.
We’re a close team but we’re never exclusive, if you can bring a professional approach and fresh ideas we would love to hear from you.
Your daily tasks will be varied and include:
• Delivering training and resources to support a more inclusive and adaptive school environment that celebrates neurodiversity through use of a tool that enables identification of individual needs.
• Working in partnership with schools to provide additional support and guidance
• Carrying a caseload of families and work with key agencies (such as PCN Navigators) to ensure families are able to access the support that meets their needs
This is a busy role so you will be working together within your team to balance different tasks that often change. You will need a full driving licence to be able to travel to the different sites across the community
and schools.
