Lecturer in Business – 14.8 hours per week, Up to £38,186.75 (FTE Pro-Rata) per annum (depending on skills and experience)

To work as part of a team delivering a range of high-quality courses (Level 2 and 3), providing qualification and progression
opportunities for learners on full-time courses within the Business Curriculum area.
About the role:
* To deliver high quality teaching across a programme of subject relevant courses
* To deliver timely feedback for all relevant learners within college agreed quality cycles
* To assess, review and record learner progress, where necessary to flag any concerns
* To maintain course and learner records; carry out tracking and monitoring of learner performance and provide information, data
and statistical returns as required
To fulfil the role you should have:
* PGCE/Certificate in Education or equivalent or the willingness to gain such a qualification
* Outstanding/Good teaching skills and an understanding of the attributes of an outstanding teacher and/or professional or
practical experience in a relevant work area
* Level 2 – Maths & English
* Relevant industrial experience
