Summary

Pinnacle Group are looking to recruit an experienced Lettings Coordinator to support the Lettings Team with all aspects of lettings which will include marketing, arranging viewings, confirming offers and securing lets for the onsite Lettings Negotiators. In this role you will work proactively and efficiently with the lettings administration team to progress applications to references and agreement signing with residents to ensure that the void turnaround is as prompt as possible.

This is a full time, remote working role.

You will be joining the Place by Pinnacle team. The specialist Place by Pinnacle brand provides integrated market rental lettings and management services across single family and multi-family properties.

Key responsibilities:

  • To co-ordinate diaries by booking appointments with applicants as required by the applicant.
  • To co-ordinate resident engagement-based activities in line with the resident engagement plan to build the community and provide positive resident involvement.
  • To be responsible of managing offers from viewings and liaising with tenants to ensure all relevant information is communicated correctly and efficiently.
  • Maintain both good record keeping ensuring confidentiality of all handling of documents and ensure confidential information is not disclosed.
  • Develop positive and effective relationships and ensuring that excellent customer service is always delivered.


Key requirements:

  • Relevant experience in lettings and property
  • Excellent administrative and communication skills is a must.
  • Be able to perform a whole range of housing management and administrative tasks, including general repairs, general property management, and administrative tasks.
  • Excellent IT skills (Word, Excel and relevant software)
