An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Co-Ordinator within our Yewcroft Community Mental Health Team based at The Barberry Centre.

This post has been advertised as 37.5 hours , 30 hours per week could also be considered

If you are enthusiastic, motivated, and ready for a challenge then you are the person we are looking for. You will be required to be able to work on your own initiative and provide support and put processes in place to support a hectic and demanding service. The post holder will be managing the reception team in our out-patients area as well as and Team Administrator but also providing support to the Team Manager and Admin Lead.

Applicants should have excellent communication & organisational skills, with word processing / ICT ability. Knowledge of RIO would be an advantage but is not essential, as full training will be provided.





The post holder will be responsible for Administrative / Secretarial duties, maintain and input data along with providing secretarial support to the Team Manager and the team within this busy service.

The service works with people suffering from mental health issues, the post holder should therefore have a caring, professional, and empathic approach and will be able to display a high degree of interpersonal skills.

Responsible for undertaking wide range of admin duties dealing with post, telephone, photocopying etc providing admin support to the Team Manager and staff.

Liaising with multi-disciplinary professionals, including Consultants, Care coordinators, Social Workers, OTs, Carers, Family representatives etc and any other appropriate external agencies.

Dealing with sensitive situations within the Team. Awareness around high level of Health, Safety and Security policies and procedures.
