Are you a skilled tradesperson with a strong background in joinery and a passion for delivering high-quality work? We are recruiting on behalf of a leading property services provider who is expanding their team with four new multi-skilled operatives.
The Role:
You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team responsible for delivering a wide range of property maintenance and refurbishment tasks.
Your core duties will include:
- First and second fix joinery
- Kitchen and bathroom installations
- Basic plumbing and tiling
- General property repairs and maintenance
- Working in both occupied and void properties
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in joinery and general building maintenance
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Carpentry & Joinery (preferred)
- Multi-trade skills (e.g., plumbing, tiling, plastering) are highly desirable.
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong customer service skills and a proactive attitude
