Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking to appoint a passionate and well-qualified teacher of PE to join this successful department in delivering PE.The ideal candidate would be able to teach across Key Stages 3 and 4, and potentially KS5 in the near future.
At Key Stage 4 students have an option to complete Edexcel GCSE or OCR Sport Studies alongside a Sports Leaders qualification and core PE. In Key Stage 5 we offer Ext' Cert' L3 BTEC Sport.
The candidate must be:
• An inspirational teacher.
• Driven in their relentless pursuit of the highest standards across the department.
• Highly organised and meticulous.
• Creative and imaginative.
• A team player and have a strong commitment to extra-curricular sport. Experience in netball, rock climbing, or rugby would be advantageous but not essential.
