As a Workspace Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in creating an inviting and efficient environment. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of activities, from managing office supplies and coordinating meeting logistics to providing technical support for audiovisual equipment and ensuring that all workspace facilities are maintained to the highest standards. You will have the opportunity to engage with various teams and departments, fostering collaboration and communication throughout the organization. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset are critical, as you will be the first point of contact for inquiries regarding workspace-related issues. Responsibilities
Manage office supplies inventory and order replenishments as needed.
Coordinate and set up meeting rooms, ensuring all equipment is functional and ready for use.
Provide first-line technical support for audiovisual equipment and assist users as necessary.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including common areas and kitchen facilities.
Assist in onboarding new employees by preparing their workspaces and providing necessary resources.
Support facilities management with basic maintenance requests and reporting issues promptly.
Act as a point of contact for workspace inquiries, offering exceptional customer service to staff and visitors.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in office administration is a plus.
Proven experience in a support or administrative role, preferably within an office environment.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with diverse teams and individuals.
Proficiency in office software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues with office equipment and audiovisual systems.
A proactive attitude with a strong commitment to customer service and teamwork.
