We believe that our employees are the heart of the organisation and having the right people in the right place, with the right skills is the key to our success. We are looking for committed individuals who are passionate about working in an aspirational and high performing college and dedicated to contributing to an outstanding experience for our learners
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting students throughout their learning journey, ensuring they receive an enriching educational experience. You will be supporting teachers in the classroom who are teaching NCFE employability-based qualifications at levels 1-2. Additionally, you will provide support to learners in functional skills and GCSE English and Maths sessions.
A key aspect of the role includes leading community action projects and organizing external trips to help students build essential employability skills. Given that many of the learners are NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training), experience in youth engagement and NEET provision is crucial to effectively address their diverse needs and help them succeed in their education and future careers.
