Randstad Education is currently recruiting for dedicated and inspiring SEN Teachers to join a number of outstanding specialist and mainstream schools across Manchester. Whether you're experienced in working with students with ASD, SLD, PMLD, or SEMH needs, we'd love to hear from you. Full-time, part-time, and flexible opportunities are available.

Preferred Skills:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Previous experience teaching children or young people with special educational needs

  • Adaptable, nurturing, and patient teaching style

  • Confident in planning and delivering differentiated, inclusive lessons

  • Ability to build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues

  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)

  • Right to work in the UK and two professional references

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging, personalised lessons to meet a range of SEN needs

  • Support pupils' academic progress, communication, and emotional wellbeing

  • Work closely with support staff and external professionals

  • Maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment

  • Contribute to EHCP reviews and individual progress monitoring
