Summary
Coyde Construction is a successful, growing local Company, trading for over 20 years providing residential and commercial new build and refurbishment works throughout Devon. We have an exciting opportunity for a Multi Skilled Tradesperson to join our team, with the job requiring an individual who can work safely on their own initiative to meet changing deadlines and priorities.
A Company vehicle will be provided to support the main role of this job in the completion of repair, maintenance, and minor finishing jobs for a varied customer base.
The right applicant will have:
- Appropriate industry qualifications or relevant experience proving competence.
- Ability to work on their own, and as part of a team, to include mentoring of apprentices.
- Trustworthy and reliable, with good timekeeping and a dedicated work ethic to ensure jobs are completed on time and meets customer expectations.
- Work in a safe and tidy manner and always represent the Company in a positive way.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Confident and energetic, with the ability to complete a variety of trades to a good standard, including basic carpentry, bricklaying, plastering, tiling, roofing and general maintenance and repair work. Not all skills are required, although preferred.
- Problem solving skills with the ability to think on their feet to overcome problems as they arise.
