Summary

This role is fixed term, 14.5 hours per week to cover Maternity Leave until 31st March 2026.The successful candidate will increase the face-to-face delivery of activity sessions across the Family Hub network. Activity sessions and interventions will provide targeted support for parents and carers with children aged 0-2 years.
Delivery of face-to-face play, early years and targeted sessions will promote social interaction and peer support for parents, in turn encouraging positive wellbeing and improved bonding and attachment. The role will play a crucial role in delivering key development opportunities for children through speech and language, physical and social development provision as part of the First 1001 Days movement.
This is a delivery-based role working to support new parents and carers and their families as part of an integrated, multi-agency Early Help Hub. You will work alongside professionals from Family Support, Health Visiting and Midwifery amongst others, building partnerships and communicating effectively to sustain positive outcomes for families in the Rainbow Family Hub catchment area of Hull.
