Summary
We are recruiting for a Practice Nurse who will fulfil all the traditional core responsibilities of the role, including: Long term condition management Cytology Child Immunisations Vaccinations Contraception Swabs, specimens, bloods, blood pressures Keeping accurate and detailed health records Involvement in QOF achievement Lead on infection control and Audits This postholder will also uphold the Surgeries protocols and policies, carrying out their role with compassion and professionalism. This role will support the wider team with: Safeguarding concerns Support and participate in shared learning over the Practice Support for GPs in patient care Monitoring of safe storage, rotation and disposal of medicaments.
