Salary: £28,744.56 to £32,708.00 per year, pro rata
Additional salary information: CARC invests in its staff and volunteers by providing the training skills and resources, enabling them to deliver a quality advice service. Summary

We’re seeking a dedicated Debt Specialist to join our Money Advice Project team based at Pathfinder House, Huntingdon, with travel to other offices as required. This is a fantastic opportunity to support individuals in financial difficulty and make a real impact in your community.

About the Role
You’ll work as part of our experienced money advice team, delivering specialist debt and money advice casework to clients of Citizens Advice Rural Cambs. You’ll help people regain control of their finances and build long-term financial resilience.

Project Background
This role is part of funding from the Money and Pensions Service (MaPS).
The project aims to:
• Make debt advice easier and quicker to access
• Improve standards and quality across the sector

What We’re Looking For
• In receipt of the Certificate in Money Advice Practice
• Proven experience in providing debt and money advice
• Strong communication and casework skills
