Summary

Online Learning Manager

ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Online Learning Manager to manage the development and delivery of our online learning programmes. This is a vital role in supporting the quality of education, student outcomes and the overall effectiveness of our educational programs; the successful candidate will build on the current achievements and strengths of the area.

The successful applicant will manage a team of remote tutors and collaborate with subject matter experts and the wider learner data services, quality and management teams across NCG, applicants should have experience of working within an educational, environment.

NCG Online Learning has ambitious plans for growth and currently delivers a range of learning programmes across vocational areas to adults to provide learners with new skills and qualifications to improve their chances of progression into Higher Education, Further Education and sustainable employment.

The role is hybrid with some onsite working required at West Lancashire College.

Interviews will take place week beginning 14th July 2025.
