Summary
The main duties will include
To serve and assist customers, giving practical advice where necessary
Handle queries on the shop floor and over the telephone
Develop a through understanding of our products and services
Promoting products and services using social media
Receive deliveries into store, stock control and assist with deliveries
Loading customer vehicles (upto 25kg bags)
Clean and maintain shop displays and merchandising
Attributes required include
Sales and marketing experience including social media
Excellent computer skills
Provide excellent customer service
Good equine knowledge and be keen to develop a thorough understanding or our products including undertaking training to provide specialist advice and fitting services for equestrian customers
Be friendly, positive and enthusiastic
Ability to work on your own
Honest, punctual and reliable
Be physically fit to lift and carry upto 25kg bags
