About the Role of Quantity Surveyor:
Exciting Long-term freelance opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to work on a 320 unit residential project. Head office is Central London based and the site is based in Kent. They are offering a competitive day rate/salary.
An opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join a reputable house builder to working on a large residential scheme in Kent/London, valued up to £50M. The role is site and office based with potential flexibility for some remote working.
You will be joining a market-leading team, supporting the commercial and construction departments and working closely with a Senior Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Manager. This is a long-term role, Temp to Perm position.
Our client is well-regarded for delivering high-quality residential projects across Central London/Kent and is seeking a Quantity Surveyor who is confident, detail-oriented, and capable of running a job independently.
The ideal candidate for Quantity Surveyor:
- Strong experience residential
- Proven house builder experience
- Ability to manage budgets, cost control, and subcontractor packages
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Able to work collaboratively within a close-knit team
