Summary

Applications are invited for a Cook in Charge post at Pentrellyncymer Outdoor Education Centre. They will oversee the assistant cooks in all activities related to the organisation of the kitchen, ordering of food, safety systems and the provision of appropriate catering to support the residential and day courses using Pentrellyncymer Centre.

Hours of work – 22 hours per week to be worked on a shift basis, plus occasional weekends. Mostly term time, but occasional holiday time work. The exact pattern to be agreed with the Centre
