Summary
Religious Worker – Religious Community Enablement Officer
Hours: 40 hours per week (with flexibility)
Location: Grace to Grace International Church (GGIC – Graceland)
Job Summary:
The Community Enablement Officer will lead on the planning, coordination and delivery of all community support and enablement activities within Grace to Grace International Church (GGIC). This role exists to strengthen the church’s impact within the local community by offering structured pastoral care, practical support, empowerment projects and administrative leadership for all community-facing work.
The ideal candidate will be a compassionate, proactive and highly organised individual with experience in faith-based or charitable outreach, community engagement, and church administration. The postholder will work closely with the pastoral and outreach teams to ensure the church remains a beacon of hope, practical help and spiritual guidance.
