Summary

Working with a variety of officers and managers across Housing services, you will support, plan and lead the implementation of Housing policies and strategies plus their review, supported by data, legislative and industry trends.

The candidate will gain advantage if they can evidence appropriate skills within data capture, analysis and interpretation. Data insight, utilising emerging trends and measurement tools will support not just business development but also reporting to internal stakeholders and governing agencies such as Regulators and Housing Ombudsmen.

It is essential that the Strategy, Policy & Data Officer has excellent planning, document management and presentation skills. The ability to research and problem solve housing business development needs will be a clear advantage. We are looking for the competence to work both alone and with a broad stakeholder mix including the awareness of different communication styles and timings.

Hours of work are 37 per week, Monday to Friday with occasional evenings and weekends when required.

This is a hybrid working role (a minimum of 1 days per week working in the office, more as and when required).
