Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to take on the responsibility of installing, maintaining, and repairing a range of air conditioning systems. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience, particularly with VRV, VRF, and split systems. A clean driving licence is required, along with a strong commitment to delivering quality workmanship and maintaining high professional standards. The role requires the ability to meet deadlines and offers opportunities for bonus incentives and price work.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation
Install VRV, VRF, and split systems to a high standard, ensuring all work complies with industry regulations and manufacturer specifications.

Maintenance & Repairs
Conduct routine maintenance and repair tasks, diagnose faults, and provide effective, long-term solutions.

Customer Interaction
Communicate with clients in a professional manner, offering expert guidance and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout each project.

Documentation
Accurately complete service reports, installation records, and any necessary client feedback forms.

Health & Safety Compliance
Follow all relevant safety protocols and ensure all work meets current legal and industry compliance standards.

Troubleshooting
Rapidly identify and resolve technical issues to minimise downtime and maintain system performance.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer.
In-depth knowledge and practical experience with VRV, VRF, and split systems.

Full, clean driving license.

Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to customers.

Exceptional attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality work.

Relevant HVAC or air conditioning certifications are advantageous.
