Summary
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
Hours: 8am-5pm Monday - Friday
This is an exciting new opportunity to join a very well established, family run, progressive company.
You will need to ideally have Operations/ Planning or stock management experience or similar.
The company are looking for a driven organised and self-motivated individual who can work under pressure either alone or as part of a team, while maintaining a strong customer focus.
You will be responsible for:
- Leading inventory management from reception to delivery
- Creating purchase orders and receipt of stock
- Manage the stock systems
- Improve work processes for stock
- Acting as the main liaison between customers and the production team
- Answer and facilitate customer requests
- Checking goods as they leave the building
- Aiding with stock movements
- Aiding with stock checks
- Administration support for logistics
You will need to be IT literate (both Word and Excel), have strong organisational skills, a good telephone manner, strong attention to detail and a strong customer focus.
