It’s an exciting time at Oasis Community Learning, especially in the People & Culture team. There has been significant investment in expanding the team to ensure we’re equipped to provide the very best service to all of our academies and National colleagues. We’re looking for a well organised and customer centric HR Administrator (known internally as Case Management Administrator) to join our high performing team within the People & Culture function. You’ll be joining us at a pivotal time as our new HR structure and ways of working are rolled out nationally, providing a real opportunity to make a difference to all colleagues, and by extension students, in our academies. Working closely with our friendly and welcoming People Services Desk and wider HR colleagues across England, you will be thoroughly supported by senior leaders to shape and develop your team. Our ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a busy HR department, but more importantly will be able to show the ability to provide the highest levels of accuracy, customer service, and efficiency. As such, the role of People & Culture is to ensure all academy staff can wholly concentrate on making a difference to our students’ lives. You’ll be responsible for: Managing queries related to employee life cycle transactions, ensuring timely and accurate resolution in compliance with OCL policies and relevant legislation, escalating to Case Management Advisors where necessary. Utilising Case Management and HR systems (e.g., iTrent, Microsoft Dynamics) to manage and track cases effectively, maintaining detailed and up-to-date case records in the system and supporting system maintenance, updates and troubleshooting. Collaborating with various stakeholders including Case Management Advisors, employees, managers, and external partners, to ensure effective case resolution, communicating effectively to keep all parties informed and engaged. Identifying opportunities for improving people processes and service delivery and participate in People related projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and effectiveness. Attendance at our Waterloo office is mandatory 3 days per week. The team work on a rota to ensure a service is provided from 8am – 6pm Monday – Thursday and 8am – 4pm on a Friday. You’ll bring: Previous experience in a HR administrative role ideally in an HR Shared Service environment, managing employee life cycle related processes. Previous experience using HR systems (iTrent and Microsoft Dynamics advantageous) with MS Office skills, especially Excel and Word. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy. Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions. A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service. A proactive approach to continuous improvement and process optimisation.
