Are you passionate about supporting young people with additional needs to thrive and reach their full potential?

We are delighted to be working in partnership with a well-regarded specialist college in Coventry, supporting learners aged 16-25 with a range of complex needs, including Autism, physical disabilities, and multiple learning difficulties. We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join the team and make a meaningful impact every day.

In this role, you'll be at the heart of a nurturing and inclusive environment, helping students to grow in confidence, independence, and academic achievement. You'll support learners both in and out of the classroom, playing an integral role in their personal and educational development.

Your responsibilities:

Experienced in supporting young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN), ideally in a post-16 setting (preferred but not essential)
