Our client, a City of London-based responsible investment manager, is seeking a Client Services Administrator to join our friendly and supportive team on a 12-month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to client queries via phone and email with professionalism and care
  • Supporting the Client Services team with administrative tasks
  • Maintaining accurate client records and documentation
  • Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and ongoing service


What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in financial services or banking
  • Confident and articulate communicator, especially over the phone
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • A team player with a proactive and positive attitude
