Hays Education are pleased to be working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school based in West Coventry, dedicated to nurturing both students and staff in a supportive and inspiring environment. This school is looking for a passionate KS2 teacher to join their team on a part-time basis for the upcoming academic year. This will be 4 days per week.



Your new role

  • Delivering engaging and well-structured lessons tailored to the KS2 curriculum, ensuring pupils develop confidence and independence in their learning.
  • Creating a positive and stimulating classroom environment that fosters curiosity and enthusiasm.
  • Assessing student progress effectively and providing insightful feedback to support their growth.
  • Encouraging excellent behaviour and teamwork amongst pupils, reinforcing a respectful and supportive atmosphere.
  • Building strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to ensure each child reaches their full potential.



What you'll need to succeed

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in delivering KS2 lessons.
  • A strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum, with a creative approach to teaching.
  • Excellent classroom management skills, ensuring lessons remain engaging and impactful.
  • A commitment to teamwork and collaboration with staff and families.
  • Enthusiasm, adaptability, and a genuine passion for education.
