Summary

Owen Payne Recruitment Services are thrilled to be recruiting for a Quality Inspector on behalf of our prestigious client based in Smethwick (B66) area.

This position is a 6 month temporary position!!

Duties:

• Inspecting products to meet QMS standards
• Report any products that do not meet standards
• Work with the operations team to resolve quality issues
• Collect data manually or electronically as needed
• Input data into Excel and monitoring systems
• Read and understand customer product drawings for inspections
• Help the Quality team with PPAP measurements
• Follow all quality and compliance standards

Shifts: Rotating shifts

• Mornings: Mon-Fri: 6:00am – 14:00pm
• Afternoons: Mon-Thu: 14:00pm – 23:00pm Fri: 14:00pm – 17:30pm

Rate of Pay:

• Mornings: £13.68 per hour
• Afternoons: £15.66 per hour

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a quality inspecting role
• Ability to use and understand measuring equipment
• Understanding of computers and Microsoft software’s
