Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, articulate, and proactive Customer Service & International Relations Officer to join our team. This role is vital to maintaining strong communication with our clients, partners, and prospective investors. It will include managing inbound and outbound client interactions, supporting event promotions, and participating in global travel to represent UKALD when required.

Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Support

Manage inbound queries across email, phone, and social media.

Conduct cold and warm calls to promote UKALD events and services.

Provide excellent follow-up communication to maintain relationships and encourage client retention.

Business Development

Identify new business opportunities through market research, outreach, and relationship building.

Assist in creating tailored proposals and pitches for prospective clients.

Event & Project Promotion

Actively promote UKALD’s domestic and international events.

Coordinate with stakeholders and assist in logistics for virtual and physical engagements.

Represent UKALD at events, exhibitions, and business forums across various countries.

International Travel

Travel occasionally for meetings, conferences, and project support in the UK, Africa, and other regions.

Provide post-travel reports and client feedback summaries.
