Summary

We are looking for Passionate, knowledgeable, experienced Level 3 Qualified Room Leader for our Baby Room

This is a full time position between Monday to Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm, all year through.

Experience working in Early Years is vital to this role, requiring enthusiasm, reliability and a proactive approach towards their work and their colleagues. Supporting the management team and role modelling to team members

The successful applicant will have an excellent team working ethic and will be able to bring suggestions and ideas to the setting and enhance our practice. Have excellent knowledge of EYFS, recording observations, assessment and progress, planning next steps and individual learning plans for key children. Keeping records up to date and compliance with EYFS requirements, Communicating with parents. You need to be motivated with the determination to deliver outstanding learning outcomes for children in your care.
A Room leader plays a pivotal role in a nursery, acting as a leader for their assigned room and group of children. They are responsible for the daily operations, creating a stimulating learning environment, supervising staff, and ensuring high-quality care and learning opportunities for all children. Additionally, they contribute to the overall development of children by fostering a positive and nurturing atmosphere

Th successful applicant will support the Management team with the day to day running of the nursery, supporting and leading the team to deliver great learning opportunities to the children, empowering and supporting the children's development.


Qualifications Essential:

Full and relevant Level 3 or above Childcare qualification.
Current Paediatric First Aid if qualified after 30/06/2019.

An enhanced DBS check and two satisfactory professional references are required before any employment can be confirmed.
