Your New Role as a KS2 Teacher

As a passionate KS2 Teacher, you will be responsible for:

  • Planning and delivering engaging and challenging lessons across the KS2 curriculum, tailored to meet the diverse needs of your students.
  • Creating a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages active participation and a love for learning.
  • Assessing, monitoring, and reporting on student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to enhance the educational experience.
  • Upholding the school's ethos and commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children.
  • Contributing to the wider life of the school, potentially including extracurricular activities or curriculum development.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Have proven experience teaching within Key Stage 2, with a strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum.
  • Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning atmosphere.
  • Possess strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  • Be passionate about primary education and committed to the academic and personal development of every child.
  • Be adaptable, reflective, and committed to their own professional development.
  • Have a sound understanding of safeguarding procedures.
