Production Operative
Location: Droitwich
Pay: £14.49 – £15.59 per hour (depending on department)
Hours: Rotating Shifts
• Early Shift: Mon–Thurs 5:45am–1:45pm, Fri 5:45am–11:45am
• Late Shift: Mon–Thurs 2:00pm–10:00pm, Fri 12:00pm–7:05pm

Your Key Responsibilities:
• Polishing and finishing metal components to a high standard
• Using specialist tools and techniques to achieve a smooth, quality finish
• Inspecting completed parts to ensure they meet strict quality standards
• Following detailed manufacturing specifications and safety procedures
What We're Looking For:
• Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on, manual work
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to use hand tools and polishing equipment (training provided)
• Reliable, hard-working, and eager to learn
Previous experience in metal finishing or polishing is a bonus—but not essential. Full training will be provided.
