What You'll Be Doing:
✔ Leading a team of skilled technicians
✔ Overseeing installation, maintenance, and fault resolution for plant equipment
✔ Managing GPS & Human Form Recognition systems
✔ Using IT systems for equipment tracking and performance
✔ Ensuring site safety, compliance, and efficient operations

We're Looking For:
HND/HNC (or equivalent) in Electro-Mechanical Engineering or similar
5+ years' experience (2+ in a supervisory role)
Solid skills in GPS, HFR systems, and electro-mechanical fault finding
Strong planning, IT, and problem-solving abilities
Full UK driving license & flexibility to travel
