If you're an enthusiastic and experienced educator who believes in the power of play, the joy of discovery, and the importance of nurturing every learner, then this is the perfect role for you! We need someone who can not only create an engaging, inspiring, and safe classroom environment where our youngest pupils can flourish but also lead our dedicated Early Years team. You'll be instrumental in shaping our early years provision, fostering a lifelong love of learning, and ensuring our children take their first exciting steps in school with confidence.

You'll be joining a collaborative team who are passionate about making a difference, and you'll have the exciting opportunity to shape the early educational journey of our children.
This pivotal role comes with a TLR 3, recognising your leadership responsibilities, and includes a dedicated afternoon release every two weeks to support this valuable work.
