Role Purpose

Our client is seeking a creative and data-driven B2C Marketing Executive to support their customer engagement and conversion strategies across multiple market segments. In this role, you will be responsible for executing targeted campaigns and communications through email, SMS, push notifications, and social media channels while optimising their Emarsys marketing platform.

You'll play a vital role in driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention by delivering personalised content that resonates with customers and supports their financial journey.

This is a remote based role, and you will be 'working from home', with the requirement to travel to company events throughout the year.

Skills and Requirements:

- Demonstrable experience in executing B2C marketing campaigns and customer communications.

- Proficiency in email marketing platforms and automation tools (preferably Emarsys).

- Proven experience in customer segmentation, targeting, and personalisation techniques.

- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including deliverability, A/B testing, and performance optimisation.

- Experience with social media management and paid social campaigns.

- Self-motivated and ability to prioritise busy workload in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign metrics and optimise based on performance data.

- Experience using customer insights to enhance targeting and improve conversion rates.

- A team player with a willingness to collaborate across departments to achieve results.

- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with internal teams and external agencies.

- Ability to create compelling marketing copy or brief content creators effectively.

- Curious mindset with a passion for understanding customer behaviour and financial services.

A Bit About You

Education:

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, Business Administration, or a related field, or the equivalent would be advantageous.

Qualifications:

- Professional certifications in email marketing platforms or digital marketing would be advantageous.

- Relevant marketing certifications (e.g. Google Analytics; CIM Digital Marketing) would be advantageous.

Experience:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in B2C marketing or a similar role.

- Familiarity and experience of using Emarsys marketing platform.

- Proven track record of executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.

- Demonstrable experience with email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools.

- Experience in customer segmentation, targeting, and personalisation.

- Experience with campaign analytics and performance optimisation.
