Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-driven Marketing Executive to help build and implement innovative campaigns across digital and offline platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate brand presence, grow community engagement, and drive business growth in both the UK and European Chinese markets.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and rollout of marketing campaigns across platforms such as WeChat, Xiaohongshu (RED), Douyin, Instagram, and others.
Create engaging, localized content for Chinese-speaking audiences in Europe.
Manage and grow company social media presence, WeChat groups, and online communities.
Assist in organizing and executing ground promotion activities in Chinatowns, universities, and other Chinese-populated hubs.
Analyze campaign results and contribute insights for performance optimization.
Assist with vendor coordination, design requests, translation, and campaign logistics.
Research market trends, competitors, and consumer preferences to refine strategy.
Requirements
Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English, both written and spoken.
Experience in marketing, travel or digital media including internships.
Strong familiarity with Chinese digital platforms (WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Douyin).
Strong communication and content creation skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Proactive and team-oriented mindset.
Legal right to work in the UK or eligible for UK work visa sponsorship.
