Summary

SEN Teacher - One-to-One Support That Makes a Difference

Location: Mablethorpe and surrounding areas
Rate: £30-£35 per hour (PAYE, case dependent)
Schedule: Monday to Friday | Term-Time Only
Hours: 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM (flexible working available)
Focus: Individualised teaching for students with SEN, SEMH, SEMD, and medical needs



The Role

Looking to step away from the traditional classroom and into a role where your teaching has a direct, measurable impact? We're seeking a committed SEN Teacher to work one-to-one with students who need a tailored approach to learning. You'll be supporting children and young people with a range of additional needs-helping them build confidence, develop essential skills, and re-engage with education in a meaningful way.



What You'll Be Doing

Deliver personalised lessons in core subjects, adapted to each student's learning style

What You'll Need

QTS or equivalent (PGCE)

At least 2 years of teaching experience

Strong subject knowledge in Maths, English, and Science (UK curriculum)
