Murray Recruitment are recruiting a PPM Scheduling Coordinator for our client based in East Kilbride.

Role Overview:

As a PPM Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring all planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities are efficiently scheduled, resourced, and completed in line with contract requirements. You will liaise closely with field engineers, clients, and subcontractors to maintain smooth operational flow while supporting reactive scheduling demands.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate all PPM activities according to contract requirements.
Monitor job progress, close completed tasks, and communicate delays as needed.
Liaise with field engineers and supply chain to ensure access and timely completion of works.
Provide RAMS documentation to clients when required.
Arrange necessary access equipment for site tasks.
Schedule corrective works identified during PPM inspections.
Manage a substantial workload in a high-paced environment.
Maintain professional client interactions, ensuring a positive company image.
Coordinate subcontractor schedules when needed.
Submit monthly reports detailing PPM progress and any backlog.
Adapt schedules to accommodate emergency call-outs as needed.

Skills & Experience:

Experience in a scheduling or coordination role within a busy environment is highly desirable.
Strong administrative background is essential.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems.
Familiarity with planned preventative maintenance and compliance requirements.
Self-motivated, with excellent communication skills.
Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
A team player with a collaborative mindset.

Working hours: Monday–Thursday 8.30am–5.00pm, Friday 8.30am–3.30pm.
