Summary
As part of our Learning and Organisational Development team, you will assist the L&OD Manager in delivering the ForHousing strategy by providing a wide range of L&OD services such as best practice advice, content design and delivery, digital learning design, performance and insight reporting, administration and stakeholder engagement.

What you’ll be doing:
• Providing learning and development advice to colleagues across ForHousing, in collaboration with People Business Partners, Managers, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with training requirements and accurate reporting
• Designing, developing, delivering, and evaluating learning interventions.
• Using skills, knowledge, and available resources to create a range of engaging learning solutions such as eLearning creation.
• Ensuring new colleagues receive comprehensive training and onboarding, including access to relevant systems and resources.
• Monitoring budget and tracking expenditures in L&OD.
• Support and coordinate employee reward and recognition, wellbeing and benefit offers
What we’re looking for:
• Extensive experience in Learning and Organisational Development.
• Excellent communications skills.
• A relevant qualification.
• Experience designing and delivering training, and monitoring outcomes.
