As part of our Learning and Organisational Development team, you’ll ensure the smooth running of Learning and Development initiatives and support the People department with various administrative tasks.

What you’ll be doing:
• Responding to enquiries and emails, specifically in relation to training, development, wellbeing, benefits, reward and recognition.
• Sharing events information and providing events and training related support.
• Raising purchase orders and sundry payments if required.
• Booking and diarising meetings, events, workshops, and courses, and all related activities.
• Helping with the production of learning and development information.
• Providing administration support to L&OD advisors and Learning Management System Specialist ensuring accuracy

• Excellent record keeping and attention to detail.
