We are seeking a Training & Development Officer to design and deliver high-quality learning programmes for apprentices, ensuring excellence in teaching, learning, assessment, and progression. This role involves both workplace and college-based training, equipping apprentices with the knowledge, skills, and behaviours needed to succeed in their careers.
As a key contributor to apprenticeship development, you will oversee the delivery of apprenticeship standards through the Aptem Apprenticeship Digital System (AADS), ensuring learners receive structured and engaging training. You will also ensure timely and compliant onboarding of apprentices onto their respective programmes, meticulously tracking their progress, attainment, and engagement.
With a passion for innovation in education and skills development you will foster a dynamic learning environment that encourages apprentices to reach their full potential. The ideal candidate will bring a fresh and adaptable approach to teaching, learning, and assessment, responding to the evolving needs of apprenticeships.
