Salary: £25,922 - £28,624 (pro rata for 25 hours per week)
Hours: Part-time, 25 hours per week

Do you have a passion for helping young people thrive, even in the most challenging circumstances?
If you're resilient, caring, and ready to be a consistent, positive presence in a child's life, this could be the role for you.

We're looking for compassionate and committed individuals to join our residential care team as Assistant Support Workers. You'll play a vital role in supporting children and young people within a safe, structured, and nurturing environment-helping them overcome adversity and build brighter futures.

Your Impactful Role Includes:
  • Being a trusted, steady advocate for the young people in your care.

  • Supporting young people through everyday challenges and encouraging positive outcomes.

  • Engaging with children who may display complex or challenging behaviours with empathy and professionalism.

  • Implementing care plans and behaviour strategies with consistency and compassion.

  • Safeguarding children's welfare at all times and ensuring their voices are heard.

  • Working collaboratively with families and professionals to support each young person's journey.

What We're Looking For:
  • You're either qualified (or willing to train) to Level 3 in Children & Young People, Health & Social Care, or equivalent.

  • You bring emotional resilience, patience, and a deep respect for every young person's experience.

  • You communicate clearly and respectfully-with children, colleagues, and professionals alike.

  • You're reliable, flexible, and understand the importance of maintaining confidentiality and safety.

What You'll Gain:
  • A meaningful role where your work has a direct and lasting impact.

  • A competitive salary of £25,922 - £28,624 (pro rata for 25 hrs/week).

  • Comprehensive training in safeguarding, health & safety, and MAPA (Managing Actual or Potential Aggression).

  • Ongoing professional development and growth opportunities.

  • A supportive, inclusive team that values your input and wellbeing.

This role requires an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.

If you're ready to support, guide, and empower young lives-and grow professionally while you do-it's time to join a team that truly makes a difference.

Apply now and be the difference that matters.
