We’re working with an innovative secondary school in Coventry to recruit a driven and enthusiastic Graduate Computer Science Teaching Assistant. This full-time, long-term role is ideal for a graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in the classroom while sharing their love for computing, coding, and digital technologies.

Graduate Computer Science Teaching Assistant – What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting KS3 and KS4 pupils in Computer Science and ICT lessons
• Assisting with lesson planning, practical tasks, and classroom setup
• Providing 1:1 and small group academic support in coding, programming, and IT literacy
• Helping students develop problem-solving, logic, and digital confidence
• Promoting online safety and responsible tech use
• Collaborating with teaching staff to deliver engaging and accessible content
• Assisting with extracurricular activities such as coding clubs or STEM events
• Contributing to the school’s digital learning initiatives

Graduate Computer Science Teaching Assistant – What We’re Looking For:

• A 2:1 degree or above in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related subject
• A genuine passion for education and digital technologies
• Prior experience working with young people (formal or informal) is a plus
• Strong technical and communication skills
• Enthusiastic, adaptable, and proactive approach
• Interest in pursuing a career in education, edtech, or digital training
