    Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant - What You’ll Be Doing

      • Supporting pupils across EYFS, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2 classrooms
      • Assisting class teachers with lesson preparation and delivery
      • Providing 1:1 and small group support for children needing extra help
      • Encouraging pupil engagement and boosting confidence
      • Helping manage classroom behaviour and fostering a positive learning environment
      • Supporting children’s social and emotional development through play and structured activities
      • Collaborating with teachers and SENCOs to deliver tailored support strategies
      • Participating in school life and extra-curricular activities where possible

      Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant - What We’re Looking For

        • A 2:1 degree or above in any subject (education, psychology, English or related fields preferred)
        • Genuine passion for working with children and supporting their learning
        • Previous experience working or volunteering with young people is desirable but not essential
        • Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills
        • Patient, proactive, and enthusiastic approach
        • Ambition to pursue a career in teaching, education, or child development
