Summary


An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Catering Team at St. George's Hospital in Tooting as a Retail Catering Supervisor.

The post holder will provide professional assistance and hands on support for the Retail Catering Division within Trust premises.

The post holder will guide catering assistants and ensure the Trust receives timely, well prepared and professional service provisions. The post holder will assist the catering manager, duty manager and executive chef, as necessary. The post holder lead inadministering and overseeing the provision of the retail catering service including cash handling, invoice processing , updating on hospitality provision/booking system, monitor compliance and manage day to day queries.

The post holder will assist in the quality improvement and regulatory compliance for the waste services. They will be involved in the financial cost improvement plans for the waste services in the division. They will be a competent users of NHS accounting packages

Good Communication at all levels both internal and external will be necessary for the role.
