Summary

A market-leading UK group is looking for an organised and personable Key Accounts Support Administrator to join their prestigious head office in Knutsford. You will be joining and supporting an expanding team that looks after the company's largest and most strategic customers.

The business you'll be joining is highly respected and an established name in the electrical wholesale distribution industry. They have a turnover of £1.7bn and are the UK's leading distributor of branded electrical equipment to trade and industry. They employ over 4,000 staff across 380 locations throughout the UK and Ireland.

Role Responsibilities

As a Key Accounts Support Administrator, you will:

  • Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting and management information
  • Help to maintain company accreditations and support the qualification for new ones
  • Support Key Account Managers with ad hoc information gathering and responding to customers bespoke needs
  • Help to manage and maintain a library of documentation to support enquiries from across the business
  • Support the Bid and Tender process with document completion, writing and any supplementary tasks
  • Work closely with people at senior levels of the business to develop quality and consistent responses

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Some experience working in an office environment, preferably supporting management with administrative tasks
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Excel
  • The ability to work to deadlines
  • Good communication skills
