The Role
As a Legal PA, you'll play a key role in supporting fee earners with a range of administrative and organisational tasks. This is a hybrid role with just 1 day per week in the office, and remote work available for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively support fee earners in all aspects of their daily work
- Manage diaries and prioritise inboxes
- Liaise with fee earners to understand workload and priorities
- Handle billing processes, run WIP reports, and manage credit balances
- Process expenses and ensure accurate record-keeping
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a legal or property/construction environment (preferred but not essential)
- Strong initiative and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive mindset with a focus on efficiency and service
