Summary

Pinnacle Group are looking to recruit an experienced Property Manager to oversee the full housing management of new-build Build to Rent (BTR) developments in Clapham Junction and Hayes & Harlington. This role is pivotal in delivering an exceptional resident experience while ensuring the smooth operational management of our portfolio.

The Homes team operates a large mixed portfolio of new and existing Affordable homes nationwide comprising Affordable and Social Rent, Shared Ownership and Supported homes.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who, alongside the key criteria below, will sign up to our values of Trust, Respect, Involve, Challenge and Deliver Excellence and will be determined to maintain the confidence of our clients and communities.


Key responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for residents in BTR properties
  • Manage the entire tenancy lifecycle, including move-ins and move-outs.
  • Plan and deliver quarterly engagement events to build a sense of community
  • Oversee day-to-day building operations including repairs, defect tracking, and estate services.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and generate reports on property condition


Key requirements:

  • Experience in Build to Rent, Residential Lettings preferable and Block/Leasehold Management
  • Personable, well-organised, and a strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Flexible with working hours to support resident needs.
  • Possess or be willing to obtain an ARLA Level 3 or MIRPM qualification.
