an Apprentice Administrator (Business Compliance), where you will gain practical experience and develop valuable skills, working
towards an NVQ Level 3 qualification. This is a 18-month apprenticeship. Successful candidates will be expected to travel to their
assigned college or workplace as required.

What Will You Be Doing?



* Learn to review dashboards and identify key performance issues
* Support subcontractor compliance and understand regulatory requirements
* Assist with administration tasks like answering calls, scanning, and photocopying
* Manage the business mailbox and respond to emails professionally
* Help Construction teams with site files and document control
* Process purchase orders and invoices in line with financial procedures
* Support cash banking and petty cash reconciliation
* Maintain document management systems using Content Manager and SharePoint
* Assist with quality checks and internal audits
* Keep compliance files and records up to date
* Contribute ideas to improve services and identify business opportunities
* Take part in training and support wider team activities
* Attend college (day release or block) and complete all assessments
* Join regular progress reviews with your workplace mentor
* Be flexible and open to new ways of working in a busy environment






What We’re Looking For:



* Applicants must have a minimum of four GCSEs at Grade 4/C or above, including Maths and English. Alternatively, a vocational
qualification at Level 1 plus GCSEs at Grade D/3 or above in both Maths and English will be accepted. Functional Skills Level 1
in English and Maths is also accepted as an alternative to GCSEs. Please note: For apprentices aged 19 and over at the start of
their apprenticeship, English and Maths qualifications are no longer a mandatory requirement in England. However, a basic
assessment will still be required to ensure suitability for the course.

* Commitment to academic learning, including attending college.
* Excellent time management and the ability to meet deadlines.
* Good IT skills and the ability to use communication tools effectively.
* A customer-focused attitude and the ability to work well in a team.
* Flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced work environment.
* A commitment to obtaining a full UK driving licence by the end of your apprenticeship






Assessment Day



Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an assessment day to further evaluate their skills and suitability for the
apprenticeship. Assessment days will take place during the week commencing 9th July 2025.






College or Training Organisation



All our apprentices are enrolled in a local college in Liverpool, Warrington, or St Helens. Due to capacity limits, placements may
be assigned to any of these colleges.






Your Training Plan



You will receive both on-the-job and off-the-job training over the course of 18 months, following a detailed induction and
training plan. You will attend college on a day-release basis. Upon successful completion, you will earn the Level 3 Business
Administration Qualification.






During Your Apprenticeship



You will work across our three main vibrant heartlands – Liverpool, Warrington, and St Helens and surrounding areas, where you’ll
rotate through a variety of dynamic workstreams, gaining hands-on experience and building a broad foundation of knowledge along
the way.
