Are you ready to be the difference a child needs?

We're launching an innovative new residential service in St Helens designed to support children as they move from secure environments to a more nurturing, relationship-based setting. This is more than just a job - it's a chance to help young people heal, grow, and thrive.

Your Role as a Specialist Childcare Worker:

  • Be a consistent, reliable figure in a young person's journey to a brighter future

  • Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce (or willing to train)

  • Empathy, patience, and a positive approach

  • A solid understanding of trauma, or a keen willingness to learn

  • Commitment to treating every child with dignity and respect

What You'll Get in Return:
  • Competitive Salary: £25,905 - £28,410 per year

  • Up to 33 Days Annual Leave (including bank holidays)

  • Pension & Life Assurance Schemes
