Summary

SEN Teaching Assistant - Support, Guide, and Empower

Hourly Rate: £15 per hour (PAYE)
Location: Bournemouth and surrounding areas
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Term-Time Only)
Hours: 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM (flexible working)
Role Type: One-to-One Support for SEN, SEMH, SEMD, and medical needs



About the Role
Sugarman Health and Wellbeing - Children's Services is seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants to deliver one-to-one support for children and young people with a range of additional needs. This role involves working in various settings, including homes, schools, and alternative venues, to provide tailored educational and emotional support that helps students re-engage with learning and achieve their goals.



What You'll Be Doing

Assist students with academic tasks, adapting materials and offering guidance to ensure accessibility

What We're Looking For

Experience supporting children or young people with SEN or similar needs (preferred but not essential)
